Maritime legislation specialist with a solid background in the Merchant Marine and the private sector. A lawyer focused on Maritime Law, he works as a consultant, instructor, and auditor, combining high-level practical and technical expertise. He served as Management Representative / DPA (Designated Person Ashore) at Aliança Navegação e Logística, as well as Operations Manager and Deck Officer on general cargo and container vessels at Cia de Navegação Marítima Netumar. Leading CA Mariner Consulting and Training, he provides strategic solutions to the maritime sector with excellence and in-depth expertise.
